The best way to balance something sweet is to add just a pinch of something salty, and this bar came prepared to satisfy. Bits of crunchy toffee, embedded in a swath of silky dark chocolate. We added just enough Pacific Sea Salt to keep it all in check. You just can’t say no to a perfect pairing.
